Payments and Refunds
We assure you that all products sold on anjaliindianboutique.com are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, our Refund policy has got you covered.
Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange or Refund. All this is backed by the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee.
Refunds will be made within 7 days we receive our product.
The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from. Refunds can also be made in anjaliindianboutique.com account which you can use to purchase any other product from anjaliindianboutique.com.
For returned products, we will first try to find a replacement for it. If we cannot, we will initiate a refund.
For both cancelled orders and returned products, you will either receive a cheque from us or the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that you used to make the purchase.
